Privacy Policy & Terms

Manifest Together asks you personal questions that are used to create manifestations and to remember your preferences. Your responses are not sent to any other party for any reason.

An exception is when you interact with the AI to generate manifestations. Your responses are sent to the AI provider, so keep that in mind when conversing with the AI. Manifest Together does not record your conversation with the AI, it only records the suggested affirmation and any suggested tasks to help implement the manifestation..

If you sign-up for a Manifest Together subscription, additional non-personally identifiable data is kept. Your billing information, address, and name are all maintained by the App Store, but these are invisible to me. I will get information about whether or not you have purchased a subscription, the term you signed up for and when it is due to expire. This is data is all anonymous. This anonymous data is also shared with my purchase provider (RevenueCat).

Your Data and iCloud

Your manifestations, journals, and reflections are stored on your device and in your private iCloud (CloudKit) account. They sync between your devices through Apple's servers; I cannot read them.

Circles and Sharing

Circles are private groups you create or join by invitation. When you complete a practice, circle members see a check-in that includes your display name and, by default, only the name of the method you practiced — each manifestation has a setting controlling whether members see more. Messages, boosts, dedications, images, and anything you explicitly share into a circle are synced to that circle's members through iCloud sharing and are visible to them and no one else. Leaving a circle stops further sharing.

Discover Publishing

If you publish a manifestation, theme, or saying to Discover, that content and the display name you chose become publicly visible to all users of the app. You can request removal of your published content at any time.

Notifications

To deliver circle notifications (messages, energy, invitations, live practice), your device's push token and an anonymous iCloud user identifier are registered with my notification service. They are used only to route these notifications and are not shared with anyone else.

Content Moderation

Content shared to circles or published to Discover is screened by automated moderation, and anything can be reported from within the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Moderation records are kept only as needed for safety.

Business Transfers

If Manifest Together, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the event that Manifest Together goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, this policy and its effects may change or be amended.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Manifest Together may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at Manifest Together's sole discretion. Your continued use of this app after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of use of this app or any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
